vdostage provides a collaborative platform for YouTube creators ("Creators") and video editors ("Editors") to manage video production workflows. This includes features for video upload, review, feedback, and direct publishing to YouTube.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Creators: Must sign up using a Google Account to authorize YouTube API access.
• Editors: Can sign up with a Google Account or an email and password.

4. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to the Service, including videos, thumbnails, and other materials ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant vdostage a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and transmit your User Content as necessary to provide the Service to you.

5. Fees and Payment

Creators are required to subscribe to a paid plan to use the full features of the Service. Fees are billed on a subscription basis. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Service.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
• Engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, or fraudulent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall vdostage, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
